MAROUSI | ATHENS

The detached house consists of a ground floor of 250 sq.m. and an underground parking and warehouse storage of 300 sq.m. Based on the selection of different colours in the building’s thermal facade and the creation of an architectural metallic element in the building shell, Bcon managed to deliver an aesthetically perfect result and to reduce the building cost.
