1. The Issuing of an Operating License:

Land Use Inspection and rest urban planning restrictions in the property, which will accommodate the company and application for the issuance of the certification allowed use of land.

2. Property Inspection:

Conduct an autopsy and suitability check of the property for the requested use (building specifications, legality of the existing property)

3. Studies:

The conduct of all studies, transcript of all required documents along with the applicable legislation, matching document deposit to the services (Fire Service, District, Ministry of Development e.t.c.)

4. Company’s File Composition:

Preparation and delivery of the file to the owner that includes all the required supporting documents that should be followed in the commercial space.
