He was born in Athens, studied at Civil and Structural Engineering, ΤΕΙ Athens and completed his studies in the faculty of Civil Enginner of University of Derby (Bsc in Civil Engineering And Construction). He begun his career as a junior supervisor engineer in private projects. Since 2018, he is a permanent associate of the company that civil engineer Christos Betsis owns, Bcon Betsis Construction and Design, and specifically he is the Technical Director of the construction department. He is involved in the projects from scratch till the delivery: cost proposals, client service, site construction management, construction supervision and management.

Ilias Romanas was born (1981) in Athens, Greece.
He graduated from the Petras Educational institution of Design in Athens (2000)
and soon afterwards he started to work as an interior architect and designer.
From an early age he has been evolved in a wide range of projects, from residential complexesand private houses to commercial interiors and furniture design. He had numerous collaborations with architects and designers such as NEMESIS ENTERPRISES (2004), A&N group (2007) and Dionisis Sotovikis (2010), from which he obtained further knowledge and understanding of the value of architecture, design and construction.
In 2014 he founded with Kirki Mariolopoulou the architectural firm “Kipseli-Architects” where he played a vital role in the design of high-end projects in Greece, Cyprus and UK.
In 2018 he has establishing his personal design office “STUDIO ILIAS ROMANAS_INTERIORS_ARCHITECTURE” with portfolio that
includes private residences, commercial projects, apartments and offices.
At the beginning of 2025 he joined the “BCON CONSTRUCTION” company with the role of Architectural and Interior Designer, in order to expand, thealready high standards of Construction, into the fields of Interior Design andArchitecture.

She was born in Ioannina in 2000. She studied Civil Engineer at School of Pedagogical and Technological Education in Athens. Since 2023, she is a part of the construction department of Bcon Betsis Construction and Design company and her main duties are: cost proposal submission, client service and financial management of the constructions.

He was born in Athens, has a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Thessaly and a MBA degree from the university of Piraeus. He is experienced in the fields of block of flats construction, renovations and facility management. Since 2024 he is working at Bcon Betsis Construction and Design as a member of the company’s construction department in the management of technical projects.

He was born in Karystos (2000). She studied architecture at the University of Architecture in Thessaly. She completed her Erasmus in Porto (Portugal). Since 2024, she is working at Bcon Betsis Construction and Design company as a member of the company’s study department.

He was born in Athens in 1983 & studied Civil Engineering Southeastern University. He has contributed as a scientific partner in study programs at the National Centre of Natural Science’s ( EKEFE) Study  «Dimokritos» . He has worked in the fields of constructions & renovation.  Since 2025, he has been working at the Βcon Betsis Construction and Design company as a supervisor engineer at the construction sites.

She was born in Thessaloniki (2001). She has a degree from the faculty of Interior Design, Decoration & Furniture Design from the University of Western Athens (2024). She is working at Bcon Betsis Construction and Design since 2025 as a member of the Interior Design department.

He is a civil engineer (NTUA) with a study degree level C’ in the static studies (08) and in the fields of geotechnical studies & research (21) alone with a master degree (NTUA) in the field of structural design and construction analysis”.He has 25 years of studying experience in education, design and analysis of buildings and of significant technical projects. he has contributed as a scientific partner in a range of studying programs & many of his studies has been published in greek and foreign meetings. He has a high level know how in the fields of contructions, earthquake engineering, soil-structure interaction and laboratory testing of building materials.

Arco Consulting Engineers Company is being involved in several private and public projects (building & infrastructure related). The company is specialised in the study & supervision of projects, in the fields of civil engineering and geotechnical matters.
Τhe company’s members have a significant know-how and knowledge in projects concerning civil engineering and on the other hand, they have been involved in study programs of the NTUA. Those studies have been published in a range of certified scientific magazines.
